All rentals are required to have Host Liability Insurance. We have made this easy for our guests by partnering with a company called Event Sured offering host liability insurance for $119.

Simply use the link below to access Events On Ten’s page for host liability insurance and complete the form using the guideline below. Once you obtain the certificate, please email it to

Insurance Special Event Liability Insurance: YES
Liquor Coverage: Host Liquor Liability
Coverage Limits: $1,000,000/$1,000,000
Medical Payment Limits: $1,000
Damage to Rented Premises Limits: $100,000
